...then don't use this offer which I'm just using as a placeholder to remind you how to do this if you want. Instead select that individual or that organization by doing the following steps below. Remember that in the CSE timebank it doesn't matter how many time credits you have as much as it matters that you have a large balance of total hours exchanged with some hours given or "spent" and some hours received or "earned":

1) click on "Record an Exchange" in the R hand menu list on each webpage

2) click on "I received the service" because that will allow you to give time credits

3) start to fill in the name of the individual person's name or organization's name as the person who "gave the service"

4) then select the appropriate name when it comes up in the short list automatically brought up by clicking that box

5) click on "No Associated Service Ad"

6) fill in the appropriate service as "Donated Hours" or "Donated Hours out of the kindness of my heart"

7) The best category to pick is probably the category Community Activities and the subcategory Community Service

8) go down and click Save

The Community Fund is not a real organization. It is basically a slush fund internal account of time credits of CSE timebank's. If you accidentally record the exchange under Community Fund instead of the person, I will probably contact you and ask you who you wanted them donated to so the hours will actually show up in that timebank member's account. Otherwise, if I don't hear back from you, I will probably donate the hours to the timebank itself CSE. In any case, it still helps the CSE timebank no matter what since it shows up as exchanged hours on the overall timebank on the directory list, thereby showing more activity in the CSE timebank. That would be important to potential members checking how active we are or if the timebank was trying to get some kind of grant and needed to prove how active it was.
