The FDA (Food & Drug Administration) prevents anyone from claiming that they can heal or cure someone else of anything. But they allow people to help facilitate people's bodies to heal themselves (since that's really what all healing is anyway). A long list of healing modalities I can teach you about can include:

- Nutrition (Including a Wide Variety of Different Tastes, Body Types, Nutritional Preferences)
- Seeing the Benefit of Emotions & Getting Them to be More on Your Side
- Changing Behavior Patterns That Are No Longer Serving You
- Stress Reduction
- Improving Your Yoga Routine (Even if You Are an Instructor)
- Learning About First Aid & CPR, Having First Aid Kits for House or Car or Work, Where to Get More Training, etc.
- ... and so much more...
Ultimately we'd like to create a few different healing clubs within the timebank so people can take care of themselves better than by only having drugs and surgery for options.
